PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Kinzie Brokerage was retained by the financial institution that owned this failed Planned Unit Development. When we were brought on to the project, the PUD consisted of 5 completed single-family homes and 27 vacant homesites.  Kinzie successfully worked with the existing HOA and the Village of Lake Barrington to re-establish the PUD, develop a new single family product that would fit more appropriately in the present market and reposition this new product to sell the remaining 27 homesites.  Once homes were purchased, Kinzie Builders served as the project General Contractor.
